You can integrate Axioline Smart Elements into systems with the Smart Element interface. This Smart Element uses floating semiconductor outputs instead of mechanical relays. This allows switching state changes to occur with a signal delay of maximum 100 µs. Because there are no mechanical or moving parts, there is no wear. No hazards from electric arcs or artifacts, such as contact bouncing, can occur during switching operations.
