Unmanaged switches
Industrial unmanaged switches from Phoenix Contact feature variable numbers of ports and a narrow design. We provide unmanaged switches with a variety of functions, depending on the application.
- For standard applications: The 1000 series unmanaged switches feature compact designs and flexible installation options. The 1100 versions also have transmission speeds in the Gigabit range. Using the mounting accessories, you can also mount the FL SWITCH 1000 flat in the control cabinet or on the wall.
- For field installation: The 1600 and 1700 series are particularly resistant to environmental influences.
- In the 19" format: The 1800 and 1900 series unmanaged switches are ideal for use in data centers and control rooms.
- With Power over Ethernet (PoE): The 1000 series unmanaged PoE switches enable you to supply up to eight end devices with power and data via the same Ethernet cable.
Managed switches for universal automation applications
With their easy startup and the large number of versions, the managed switches of the 2000 and 5900 range of product ranges enable the cost-effective management of your Ethernet network. In addition to extended functions, they also enable communication via fiberglass and are equipped with numerous security features.
- For DIN rail mounting: Versions 2000, 2100, 2200, and 2300 can be mounted as is usual on the DIN rail.
- In the 19" format: The 5900 range switches are suitable for rack mounting and form the ideal interface between OT and IT.
- With routing functionality: The NAT versions of the 2000 range ensure the easy connection of machines and systems with the same IP address range to the higher-level network. They combine switching and routing in one DIN rail device.
- For field installation: With IP67 degree of protection, the 2600 and 2700 versions are suitable for use in the field and are particularly compact and robust.
In addition, selected versions are available that support the latest communication standards:
- The FL SWITCH TSN 2300 and FL SWITCH 5900 support Time-Sensitive Networking (TSN) for real-time-capable Ethernet networks.
- The Single Pair Ethernet switch supports the SPE standard 10 BASE-T1L and therefore enables consistent IP-based communication down to the field level.
- With the Ethernet-APL switches you can realize the direct two-wire Ethernet connection of sensors or field devices in process technology applications and potentially explosive areas.
Managed switches for stringent requirements
Special switch versions are available for applications in (critical) infrastructure that meet the special certifications and standards of this industry.
- For the energy sector: The modular Raptor switches are designed to meet the high demands of the critical infrastructure and energy industry. They provide secure, reliable, and high-performance network connections in demanding environments and feature comprehensive security functions and IEC 61850 certification.
- For infrastructure applications: The 3000 and 4000 series managed switches are the best choice here. They combine comprehensive diagnostic, power, and safety functions.
- For PoE applications: PoE versions are available for data and power supply via just one Ethernet cable.
