Optional interfaces and further accessories extend the range of applications. You can easily and safely wire signals to GPIOs with PTSM series connectors. Installing additional printed circuit boards is also possible.
Electronics housings for Raspberry Pi applications
Modular housings from the RPI-BC and UCS-RPI series are designed for the installation of Raspberry Pi computers. The RPI-BC electronics housings are designed in accordance with DIN 43880, are alignable, and can be mounted on DIN rails or directly on the wall. Thanks to accessories such as stands and desk adapters, the UCS-RPI can also be used outside of the control cabinet. Optional interfaces enable function extension of the integrated single-board computer.

Electronics housing for Raspberry Pi computers: Frame for high performance
Series RPI-BC and UCS-RPI electronics housings are the perfect casing for your Raspberry Pi. Not only can you can integrate the mini-PC, but also additional electronics and circuits. The housings can be easily mounted on the DIN rail in the control cabinet. Find out more about the product features of the RPI-BC series.
Perfect protection for Raspberry Pi solutions
The housing parts are simply latched into place, enabling standard-compliant, tool-free mounting. In addition, they feature industrial-grade Push-in connection technology. The RPI-BC housing is therefore particularly suitable for building and industrial automation.
Due to the design of the housing, these housings can be used in a wide range of Raspberry Pi applications. Different cover versions allow you to create the appropriate housing for your requirements. The cover versions are available in gray, black, and transparent. Sealing the covers is possible – as is the fact that they can be firmly latched into place or opened tool-free.
DIN rail connectors are the key to intelligent device design. Benefit from being able to quickly and easily connect your housing to the Raspberry Pi SBC. Data and power transmission can be serial or parallel (4 x power, 2 x serial, 10 x parallel). In the event of a module exchange, the combination does not have to be taken apart. 16 gold-plated contacts ensure high conductivity.
The universal housings from the UCS series are the ideal solution for embedded systems. UCS-RPI housings reliably protect Raspberry Pi SBCs against external influences. They are designed to accommodate the original Raspberry Pi 7″ touch display. Versions provide additional space for individual extensions.
UCS electronics housings can be used even more universally with accessories such as stands and wall brackets – including in the control cabinet. The key housing features are:
• DIN rail adapters with a lateral length of 125 mm or 145 mm
• Stands for 74 mm versions, also available as wall brackets available in various colors
• Impact protection corners for housing corners and for covering the screw holes
• Stacking adapters for combining Raspberry Pi housings with standard UCS housings
Technical principles of electronics housings Solutions for DIN rail applications
Electronics housings are an elementary part of a device. They determine its appearance and protect the electronics from external influences. In addition, they enable assembly in superordinate units. Device manufacturers must therefore pay attention to many details, and not only in the design, but also in the choice of housing when it comes to materials and quality testing. This brochure provides you with all the details.
