The extra-large connector housings in sizes B32 and B48 accommodate two fixed-position contact inserts side by side. They are thus particularly suitable for high-position supply lines.

High sleeve and surface-mount housings with cable outlets of up to M50 provide more room for wiring large cable diameters and wiring bundles. Perfect for applications with modular contact inserts.

Combine the sleeve housings as required with a panel mounting base, coupling housing or surface-mount housing as well as with modular or fixed-position contact inserts. The sleeve housings and base housings are compatible with the industry standard.

The housing surfaces and seals are electrically conductive. Combined with shielded cable glands, they offer you reliable EMC protection.

The D7 series HEAVYCON STANDARD housings enable you to transmit signals and power even where space is limited. You can choose between corrosion-resistant metal housings and plastic housings with molded cable gland for your industrial connectors.

You can mount the D7 panel-mount base on the wall easily using two or four screws, depending on your requirements.

The robust D7 housings are reliably corrosion-resistant and offer optimum protection against dust and water. The plug connection defies adverse environmental influences and is dust and water-tight up to IP67 degree of protection. This enables reliable use even in outdoor applications.

With the RJ45 contact inserts for D7 housings, you can create your own compact and robust interface and transfer data safely and reliably at high speeds of up to 10 Gbps. The RJ45 connector sets guarantee the fast and safe cabling of your application with the qualified preselection of the components. Moreover, the slotted seal in the housing screw connection also allows pre-assembled cables to be fed in easily.

With the use of plastic or die-cast aluminum, the compact HEAVYCON D7 connectors are particularly lightweight compared to comparable connectors with classic metal housings. However, we are only saving on weight here, because our “lightweights” defy extreme environmental influences and can be used outdoors without any problems.

Protection against electromagnetic interference: Metal housings are EMC-ready with conductive surfaces and seals.

COM contact inserts reliably transfer signals and power. The innovative grounding concept with a leading PE connection outside of the contact insert ensures greater safety.

HEAVYCON EVO housings reduce the number of versions, and therefore your warehousing costs, by up to 70%. Using just one housing type and four cable glands, you can implement solutions for every possible application.

The sleeve housing and base housing are mounting and plug-in compatible with aluminum housings from well-known manufacturers. All contact inserts in B series format as well as modular contact inserts can be used in the housings.

The EVO TWIN housings have two flexible cable outlets on one plastic housing, providing space for a wide variety of cables.

EVO housings in sizes D15 and D25 are very narrow and protect your interfaces even when space is limited. Matching contact inserts, including with Push-in connection, ensure fast installation.

The M1 single-module housings made of plastic accommodate a modular contact insert and a PE module. As a result, they enable an extremely compact interface.

Without the need for the normal panel mounting base, you save on mounting and material costs. The low designs of the metal and molded cable glands of the plastic housings offer further savings potential.

Mount the ADVANCE sleeve housing with two panel mounting flanges and robust stainless steel locking screws directly onto the wall. This achieves a high degree of tightness and makes it more difficult for unauthorized persons to gain access.

HEAVYCON ADVANCE is available in metal or plastic. The powder-coated outdoor housings are suitable for extreme demands.

With high-position Push-in contact inserts, you can easily connect up to 46 signal contacts in one B24 connector.

PE adapters with Push-in connection for HEAVYCON heavy-duty connectors enable easy wiring of the protective conductor. Convenient, tool-free installation with direct insertion is also possible inside the control cabinet.

TWIN modules with double conductor connection provide a space-saving bridging function for potential distribution directly in the connector.

Safeguard identical, adjacent connectors against mismatching or improper connection. Unlike coding methods such as coding bolts, pins, or sockets, you simply snap the plastic profiles into the coding slots of the HEAVYCON contact inserts and you’re done.

Terminal adapters are the perfect blend of conventional terminal block and contact insert. Install the terminal adapters in a control cabinet panel. You can attach a connector from the outside. The terminal adapters are available with screw and Push-in connection.

Mount any module combination quickly and without tools with the innovative snap-in frame. Just snap in the contact inserts – and you’re done! Springs on the side accommodate the modules and securely hold them in position.

Thanks to the compact terminal chamber, the modular Push-in contact inserts for HEAVYCON heavy-duty connectors offer significant space savings and a high packing density. The high-position inserts provide space for 12 contacts per module and, with our Twin module, a double conductor connection as well. This enables you to connect up to 72 contacts in one industrial connector.

Transmit data quickly and securely: HEAVYCON data contact insert modules offer more options for reliable, high-performance data transmission. Mbit and Gb modules support a wide range of cables and shielding concepts. USB interfaces are integrated directly into the connector with a patch cable.

You can easily integrate RJ45 data cables into your application with the RJ45 modules. We also offer pre-assembled patch cables that are immediately ready to use.
