Touch-protected PCB connectors with screw connection

The connectors are characterized by a current carrying capacity of 76 A and voltages of up to 1,000 V at standard ambient temperatures of ≥40°C. Rigid and flexible conductors up to 25 mm² and conductors with ferrules up to 16 mm² can be connected in a 10.16 mm pitch.

The PC 16 HC series connectors offer a high level of safety even when not connected, thanks to the extended touch protection in accordance with the IEC/UL 61800-5-1 standard. The pin connector pattern is compatible with the LPC 16 lever-actuated PCB connectors. They are available in 2- to 6-position versions. In addition to the standard version without connector and header locking, there is also a version with a center flange. The center flange is very space-saving compared to the conventional screw flange. It is color-coded and can be operated intuitively.
