New products for e-mobility at The smarter E Europe 2025

The second generation CHARX connect professional cooled HPC charging connectors transmit up to 1 MW in Boost Mode. With this huge amount of power, it is not just electric cars that can be charged in a matter of minutes. Utility vehicles with large batteries will also be quickly ready for use again.

The new TRIO POWER 20 kW power module for 19" rack mounting enables bidirectional AC/DC conversion and therefore the implementation of vehicle-to-grid (V2G) applications, in conjunction with energy storage units as an option. With a DC voltage range of up to 1,000 V, it can be used flexibly.

CHARX connect professional uncooled HPC charging connectors are now also available for the North American Charging Standard. The 100% standard-compliant charging cables transmit up to 500 kW in Boost Mode or 375 kW permanently and impress with their very high level of safety and ergonomics.

For the North American Charging Standard, we offer 100% standard-compliant charging cables that deliver maximum safety and proven industrial quality: The robust NACS charging connectors in the CHARX connect eco family are easy to handle and enable AC charging with up to 80 A.

You can now install the new generation of CHARX connect modular type 2 charging sockets directly on the PCB of your charging station – and save a lot of space due to the reduced installation depth. You can also choose between three actuator positions.

The AC charging controllers in the CHARX control modular family are the centerpiece of an intelligent charging infrastructure. With software release 1.8.0, the calibration law concept has been fundamentally revised, which significantly shortens the certification process for your charging solution.

• No expensive recertification, as the calibration law certificate remains valid for future software updates
• Improved cybersecurity minimizes the risk of unauthorized access to your charging stations

CHARX control vehicle enables DC fast charging via CCS charging inlets. The controller handles high-level communication (TCP/IP) via Powerline (PLC) between the charging station and the electric vehicle and controls the LED status display, cancel charging button, and HV contactors in addition to the CCS charging inlet.

The CHARX connect universal CCS type 2 charging inlets are now also available with a 90° cable outlet. This saves you valuable installation space in the vehicle. Thanks to the identical geometries, customers who switch to the 90° charging inlets do not have to alter the body cutout.

The protective covers provide IPX5 protection for the contact area of our CHARX connect universal CCS charging inlets. This means that your electric utility vehicles are optimally equipped for demanding environmental conditions. A cancel button and an LED status display can be added as an option.

• Reliable protection of all signal and power contacts against jet water in accordance with IPX5
• Smart operation: when the DC cover is opened, the AC cover is automatically opened as well
• Optional extras: cancel charging button and charging status display with freely controllable RGB LED
