Use of personal data

Phoenix Contact GmbH & Co KG (hereinafter referred to as "Phoenix Contact") does not collect any personal data when using the VISU+ mobile app without your express consent. Likewise, no analysis or tracking functions are used in the app. Data that is transmitted to us via the contact function using your email client is stored by Phoenix Contact and used exclusively to process your transmitted request. Data from your connection profiles will be stored on your end device without exception and will not be accessed by Phoenix Contact at any time.

Update of this data protection notice

Insofar as Phoenix Contact changes this app or if Internet and IT security technology develops further, this data protection notice will be updated. We therefore reserve the right to change or supplement the information as required. We will publish the respective current version here.

Right to information / deletion and modification of personal data

If you have any questions that are not answered by this data protection notice or if you would like more detailed information on any point, please do not hesitate to contact us.

If you no longer agree with the storage of your personal data or if this data has become incorrect, we will arrange for the correction, blocking or deletion of your data on your instructions within the framework of the legal provisions.
