Choose marking materials linked to bio-circular raw materials for your control cabinet. The marker carriers from the KMK/GP product group are linked to bio-circular materials and support the use of raw materials derived from biogenic waste and residue streams such as used cooking oils, food waste, or tall oils. These alternative raw materials can be integrated into existing plastic material streams while maintaining the same technical properties as conventional plastics. As a result, you receive products with the same proven performance and reliability as before while helping to reduce the reliance on fossil-based resources.
The KMK/GP product group is linked to ISCC PLUS-certified bio-circular materials that are attributed to the product via the ISCC mass balance approach. Through this approach, an equivalent amount of bio-circular raw materials is allocated to the product and transparently tracked throughout the value chain.
In combination with the EMT/GP insert labels, the KMK/GP marker carriers are ideally suited for the identification of wires and cables in control cabinet building. Based on internal Product Environmental Footprint (PEF) calculations, the KMK/GP product group is associated with approximately 109% lower carbon emissions of the base material compared with the conventional KMK product group.
