M12 push-pull connectors

M12 push-pull connectors

M12 push-pull connectors The new standard for factory automation

M12 push-pull connectors lock into place conveniently and reliably simply by plugging them in. The fast-locking system allows easy and tool-free device connections, particularly in tight spaces and in applications with a high cabling density. The male and female versions allow you to connect sensors easily and to establish flying leads in the field. Moreover, the cross-manufacturer connection compatibility and easy device integration ensure superior availability anywhere in the world.

M8 cabling solutions for Single Pair Ethernet

M8 cabling solutions for Single Pair Ethernet

M8 cabling solutions for Single Pair Ethernet Ethernet finally goes the distance

Ethernet is the leading communication protocol for local data networks (LAN). With the advent of Single Pair Ethernet (SPE), this established protocol is now also moving down to the final automation levels. The single-pair, standardized data cables have no trouble transferring data up to 1 Gbps and power outputs up to 60 W at ranges of up to 1,000 m. Compact M8 connectors in male and female versions allow easy integration into conventional sensors, and can be used to realize flying leads. SPE therefore forms the basis for future-proof networking, from the sensor right through to the cloud.

Advanced Shielding Technology

Advanced Shielding Technology

Advanced Shielding Technology Totally protected shielding

Advanced Shielding Technology is the innovative shielding concept for assembled connectors. Liquid metal completely encloses the cable shielding during the manufacturing process and guarantees a fully protected and reliable shield connection. You can thus increase the transmission quality of data, signals, and power even under extreme environmental influences. Place your trust in future-proof cabling in state-of-the-art factory automation.

Valve connectors in use

Valve connectors in use

Valve connectors and cables

In practical applications, high demands are placed on valve connectors due to temperature and mechanical influences or contact with oil and grease. Our extensive product range is ideally suited to these harsh operating conditions. Valve connectors, double valve connectors, and cables designed for assembly are available for five different designs (A, B, BI, C, CI) and for pressure switches (AD). The range of application is from 24 V AC/DC to 230 V AC/DC. Our valve connectors are available with an LED that is clearly visible in any mounting position to ensure easy detection in the event of an error.

  • UL-approved materials and cable qualities
  • PUR (as standard) and PVC cables available
  • Temperature range from -25 to +85°C

Valve connectors with a high degree of protection for utility vehicles

Valve connectors and cables designed for assembly for outdoor applications

Valve connectors with a high degree of protection are used on utility vehicles and construction, agricultural, and forestry machinery. They are resistant to substances such as ozone, salt, gasoline, or oil.

  • Valve connectors for outdoor applications in A and AD designs with IP66K/IP68 degree of protection
  • DEUTSCH connectors with high tightness of seal and IP69K degree of protection
  • Superseal connectors, watertight and highly resistant to aggressive environmental conditions
Valve connectors with integrated energy reduction

Valve connectors with integrated energy reduction

Valve connectors with energy-reducing function

The valve connectors with energy-reducing function for 24 V DC operation are characterized by up to 50% reduced current consumption compared to conventional versions. After controlling the valve, the energy-reducing function lowers the holding current. This means that power supply units with smaller dimensions can be used. The functionality and compatibility of these valve connectors is in accordance with the familiar standard. They can easily be integrated into existing systems.
