DC/DC converters from the QUINT family maximize the availability of your application. With SFB Technology, preventative function monitoring, and a long service life, they increase safety and reliability. For the first time, you can benefit from dynamic boost (200% for 5 s) and the choice between Push-in and screw connection technology for DC/DC converters as well. You can also adjust signaling thresholds and characteristic curves individually. Some converters also feature IECEx approval, which enables use in potentially explosive areas.

QUINT DC/DC converters convert nominal input voltages of 12 V DC, 24 V DC, or 48 V DC into output voltages of up to 56 V DC.

The DC/DC converters from the QUINT family are suitable for high power ratings with currents up to 20 A. Thanks to the large input voltage range, the DC/DC converters cover all common input and output voltages in the performance classes up to 480 W.

QUINT DC/DC converters with wide-range input enable input voltages of 42 to 96 V DC or 67 to 154 V DC and offer high flexibility. They are ideal for use in railway applications or power generation, for example.

The QUINT DC/DC converters with protective coating are extremely resistant and suitable for extreme environments. The protective coating on the DC/DC converters protects against dust, corrosive gases, and 100% humidity, as well as failure caused by corrosion-related creepage currents and electrochemical migration.

The Plus version of the DC/DC converters with integrated decoupling MOSFET for 1+1 and n+1 redundancy provides symmetrical load distribution, thus increasing system availability. The wide temperature range of -40°C to +70°C allows use under extreme ambient conditions.

With direct connection to string voltages of up to 1,000 V DC, the combiner box is supplied directly from the photovoltaic panel.
