High-current terminal blocks with PowerTurn and screw technology
Phoenix Contact high-current terminal blocks are designed for a nominal voltage of up to 1500 V. The terminal blocks can be snapped on to a DIN rail or screwed on to the mounting panel by means of direct mounting. Corresponding pick-off terminal blocks allow simple supply and potential distribution. The terminal blocks are available in several cross-section ranges up to 240 mm2.

High-current terminal blocks with PowerTurn connection
The PTPOWER high-current terminal blocks provide you with the fastest and most user-friendly connection option currently available for wiring large conductors. You can contact conductors up to 185 mm² and 1,500 V IEC or 1,000 V UL simply by pivoting the operating lever. The PTPOWER terminal blocks with patented PowerTurn spring connection technology allow large conductors to be connected quickly and easily using a standard screwdriver and a single lever movement. Up to three high-quality spring steel pressure springs work in combination with the prismatic terminal body base to create a vibration-resistant conductor connection that is stable in the long term.
High-current terminal blocks with screw connection
With a 1500 V nominal voltage, the compact high-current feed-through terminal blocks with screw connection are ideally suited for use in renewable energy generation, particularly in photovoltaics. Four integrated pick-off terminals with a 10 mm² cross-section provide easy feed-in or potential distribution. The appropriate potential distribution blocks are implemented with screw bridges.
High-current terminal blocks with bolt connection
The high-current terminal blocks with bolt connection are split into the following terminal block families: OTTA, RSC, RBO, and HV. Each terminal block family is suitable for different areas of application. The OTTA high-current terminal blocks are characterized by their space-saving, compact design. The RSC high-current terminal blocks are particularly suitable for connecting conductors with ring and fork-type cable lugs. The connection is established via a threaded screw with positive-negative output. The RBO product family offers a compact bolt connection terminal block for every conductor connection from 0.5 to 300 mm². The high-current terminal blocks have threaded bars with M5 to M16 metric thread sizes. The HV high-current connectors are available as single- and two-conductor bolt terminal blocks. The terminal blocks ensure the secure connection of up to four conductors with cable lugs in accordance with DIN 46234, DIN 46235, and DIN 46237 in tight spaces.
Pick-off terminals
The AGK pick-off terminals are a special accessory for high-current terminal blocks and high-current connectors. The pick-off terminals enable the easy integration of load contacts for reduced conductor cross-sections. Depending on the terminal block, the pick-off terminals are plugged or screwed in.
