Protective relays for reliable mains protection

Protective relays

Our comprehensive portfolio of protection technology enables reliable grid availability in the voltage ranges of 10 kV to 110 kV. The protective and control devices can be used in, for example, single and double busbar applications, as well as radial, looped, and meshed grids. They can also be used in insulated, compensated, rigid, and low-resistance grounded grids.

The front panels of the protective relays offer numerous options for interaction and for visualizing the current states.
The displays can be configured as needed and offer sufficient space to show system graphics, tables of measured value, and virtual LEDs.
Numerous navigation and operating keys allow easy control on site. The USB service interface on the front enables easy connection to the protective relay.

The operating software makes device configuration quick and easy. For example, during step-by-step commissioning, dependencies between entered settings are taken into account and grayed out.
In addition to the general device settings, the interfaces to the primary technology and the protective functions are also configured.
In addition to I/O matrices, editors for creating the logic and visualization also provide support during the configuration.
Direct communication to a control system or a higher-level control engineering system is possible via various communication options.
