EVO connectors with bayonet locking

The HEAVYCON EVO industrial connectors are the innovative and cost-effective solution for many areas of application in which robust plug and play solutions are required. Thanks to the swivel cable gland with bayonet locking, you can reduce warehousing by up to 70 %.

  • Reduced storage costs, thanks to the reduced number of parts, as the housing replaces eight conventional sleeve housings
  • Safe and reliable use: the housing meets IP66 protection and is shock-proof up to IK09
  • Easy handling: you can choose the cable outlet direction directly at the installation location
  • Free choice of components, as HEAVYCON EVO can be combined with all standardized aluminum housings on the market

ADVANCE connectors with screw/bayonet locking

ADVANCE connectors

When it comes to cabling in industrial environments, every centimeter counts. In addition, the plug-in connection is subject to often aggressive environmental conditions. We have the solution for these extreme conditions: ADVANCE connectors.

A key advantage compared to conventional heavy-duty connectors is the use of panel mounting flanges instead of a supporting base element: this saves space and money.

ADVANCE housing with bayonet or screw locking offers the highest degree of protection (IP66/IP68/IP69K). In addition, contact inserts with a fixed number of positions or modular contact inserts can be used to transmit signals, data, and power in a single connector.

Standard connectors with locking latch

Standard connectors

Robust metal housing with epoxide powder coating protects standard connectors against dirt, water, and high mechanical loads.
Use standard connectors with the following locking methods:

  • Single locking latch
  • Double locking latch
  • Central locking latch

Various supporting base elements are available as required:

  • Panel mounting base
  • Box mounting base
  • Coupling housing

In addition, modular contact inserts are available for individual assembly.

Stackable power distribution

Stackable power distribution

You can assemble all cables easily – using stackable connectors from Phoenix Contact. All contact inserts are touch-proof and meet the requirements of accident prevention regulations.
The system has a minimum of components and handling is extremely flexible:

  • Removable cover – testing can be performed while plugged in
  • Stackable housing – the square design enables three cable outlet directions
  • Contact insert – designed for 400/690 V/25 A
  • PCB contact insert - with a choice of screw connection or plug-in with an ST-COMBI coupling
  • Panel mounting base – extremely robust, for up to four stackable housings
