All MACX Analog signal conditioners are suitable for installation in zone 2. Furthermore, the Ex i signal conditioners are ATEX and IECEx-approved. They can therefore be used universally for all Ex zones and all material groups. Further international EX approvals round off the range.

Fast signal connection
Plug and Play: with the Termination Carrier you can quickly and smoothly connect MACX Analog DIN rail devices to automation system input and output cards using pre-assembled VARIOFACE system cabling. The Termination Carrier is the most compact module carrier system on the market.
Thanks to the compact design and low-lying system connections, you can save up to 30 percent of the space required when using standard commercial solutions. The integrated end brackets enable you to arrange several Termination Carriers directly side-by-side.
The passive design of the termination PCB provides additional failsafe performance. It does not contain any active components.
By using standard DIN rail devices, you only need one engineering design for standard DIN rail and system applications.
You can connect to the Termination Carrier PCB quickly and safely with pluggable and coded cable sets. The controller-side connection to the front adapter is established via pre-assembled VARIOFACE system cables. Easily accessible terminal points and hot-swap module replacement enable you to carry out servicing more easily.
In addition to the universal Termination Carriers with 1:1 pinning and optional HART signal decoupling, various control-system-specific versions are available. Pitch-free profile lengths and a wide range of system connectors and front adapters enable you to adapt optimally to the I/O cards of various automation systems.
