CHARX power distribute can supply AC mains voltage to up to five power modules in your 19" fast charging station. It also supplies power to the control module. Numerous integrated protective functions ensure the maximum safety of downstream modules and cables.
The CHARX system in a standard 19-inch format consists of several coordinated modules for distributing, transforming, and controlling the charging current: The new distribution module CHARX power distribute, the new control module power module CHARX control integrated, and the CHARX power basic power modules can be combined to suit any charging situation.
Compared to classic assembly with DIN rail components, the modular setup significantly reduces the complexity of a DC charging station and enables modules to be installed and replaced quickly.

The CHARX power basic 30 kW fast charging modules are available as AC/DC converters and DC/DC converters. They can be installed directly into the charging station to provide a stable power supply for charging electric cars. The power modules satisfy all European safety and EMC standards.
With their 19-inch standard dimensions as well as Push-Lock and T-LOX fast-connection technology, they ensure fast installation and servicing.

The distribution module, CHARX power distribute, supplies all of the components in your 19-inch charging station. The incoming AC mains voltage can be distributed to up to five power modules. It also supplies power to the control module.
With integrated surge protection, integrated circuit breakers, and protection against overheating, it ensures maximum safety of the downstream modules and conductors.
With the modular CHARX system for 19-inch rack mounting, the charging power can be scaled from 30 to 150 kW as needed by interconnecting up to five 30 kW modules – both during preconfiguration and as a retrofit option.
The modules integrate the entire distribution, conversion, and control of the charging current.
There are numerous fields of application for the CHARX power modules. First and foremost, you can integrate them into charging stations.
But they can also be used in other areas, such as charging buffer batteries for applications in the DC industry or charging mobile battery containers that are needed on construction sites.
All modules conform to emission class B, so use in urban environments is not an issue. In addition, the AC/DC modules can also be used on conventional 3-phase connections (32 A).
The fast-connection technologies from Phoenix Contact and the established 19-inch standard dimensions enable the quick installation and replacement of modules:
Both the Push-in fast connection and the modern T-LOX knee-lever connection developed by Phoenix Contact allow for simple and direct conductor connection using stripped or ferruled conductor ends.
Both technologies enable connection without using additional tools. They are designed for the reliable transmission of data, signals, and power.
