The PTVFIX monoblocks expand the PTVFIX portfolio with a single feed-through function. The blocks have two connection points, which allows you to set up your potential distribution with an exact number of poles and while saving space. They are also suitable as couplings for flying leads.
The new PTVFIX multi blocks are the first FIX distribution blocks to carry more than one potential. The blocks thus allow you to easily wire multiple potentials in just one compact modular block.
Our products are a part of the nervous system of your industrial system and help you design more efficient processes and reduce costs. Discover the advantages of our new products from the following areas:
PTFIX distribution and collection blocks
The ready-to-use and maintenance-free PTFIX distribution blocks and connection blocks with Push-in connection technology enable quick mounting without manual bridging. The PTFIX distribution blocks are available with 4, 6, 12, and 18 terminal points and as single blocks with two terminal points. If you require several distribution blocks, you can use standard plug-in bridges to arrange the blocks next to each other without any loss of pitch and efficiently extend the potentials. There are various mounting types available for mounting the distribution blocks and collection blocks. You can install the blocks on the DIN rail, by direct screw mounting, or by simply gluing the adhesive versions directly onto the mounting plate. For space-saving and clear DIN rail mounting, various adapters are available that enable vertical and horizontal mounting. In addition, the 11 different PTFIX distribution block colors ensure the color-coded assignment of conductors. Along with the additional marking material, this assignment facilitates intuitive and safe installation. The PTFIX distribution blocks feature a test point for all common test probes to enable easy testing.
PTFIX-function function distribution blocks
The PTFIX-function function distribution blocks are available in various disconnect versions and as safety versions. The distribution blocks are available with seven connection points and a nominal cross-section of 2.5 mm². Conductor cross-sections of between 0.14 and 4 mm² can therefore be connected to the distribution connections. Line contact of the function distribution blocks enables the connection of conductor cross-sections between 0.5 and 10 mm². The three disconnect versions TG, MT, and MTL have different types of disconnect zones. The TG version is a disconnect base block that accommodates function plugs such as fuse plugs and various components along with disconnect knives. The MT version of the distribution blocks, on the other hand, is equipped with swiveling disconnect knives. These knives can be opened safely with a screwdriver. The MTL version is also equipped with swiveling disconnect knives, but these knives can be opened without tools. Therefore, the MTL version requires more space above the block. The PTFIX 10/6X4-SI... fuse blocks have rotary locks rather than disconnect elements. The rotary locks enable simple fusing of the individual distribution connections. Along with the standard versions, blocks with signal lights are also available for signaling defective fuses.
PTVFIX distribution and collection blocks
The PTVFIX blocks are the latest distribution blocks of the FIX portfolio. With the PTVFIX blocks, the Push-In Connection is located on the side. Apart from the lateral conductor feed, there are no technical differences between these and the proven PTFIX distribution blocks. The PTVFIX blocks are available as distribution blocks and collection blocks with a cross-section of 2.5 mm² with 6, 12, or 18 connection points. If you require more than 18 connection points, you can use standard plug-in bridges to arrange the distribution blocks next to each other without any loss of pitch and thereby efficiently extend the potentials. The PTVFIX distribution blocks use the same mounting adapters for mounting as the PTFIX distribution blocks. This includes adapters for DIN rail mounting and direct mounting. Block versions for adhesive mounting are also included in the product range. The PTVFIX blocks are initially available in five standard colors. With integration into the online configurator, you can order various additional color versions. This ensures a color-coded and clear assignment of conductors.
PTVFIX multi-blocks
The PTVFIX multi-blocks are the first FIX distribution blocks to carry more than one potential. Unlike the other distribution blocks, the multi-blocks do not have integrated bridging. Through this, the blocks carry one potential per two terminal points. This feature makes the blocks particularly suitable in areas such as building installation. Quickly and easily connect the phase, the neutral conductor, and the protective conductor in just one compact and space-saving block. The multi-blocks, as with the other blocks of the FIX distributor block family, use the standardized accessories of the CLIPLINE complete system. Thus, you also benefit here from various mounting types, an online configurator, and testing and marking accessories.
Device connection blocks and device terminal blocks
The G and GE device terminal blocks feature the universal screw connection technology for connecting flexible and rigid conductors. The screw connection is maintenance-free due to the patented Reakdyn principle. In addition to the use of splicing protection in the form of ferrules, the screw connection also enables multi-conductor connections in just one terminal point. In contrast to the FIX distribution blocks, the terminal points of the device terminal blocks are not bridged to each other. The block GE 10/2-BA BU is an exception to this. The other device connection blocks thus carry individual potentials next to each other. Manual bridging is also not feasible here, as the blocks do not have a special function shaft due to their compactness. The device connection blocks are available in nominal cross-sections of 4, 10, and 35 mm². Depending on the cross-section, the block versions have 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, or 12 positions. The device blocks can only be mounted using direct mounting, i.e., screwed onto a mounting plate, for example. The individual blocks can be tested quickly and easily via the clamping screws.
