The compact automatic stripping device can be integrated into and controlled via worker assistance systems. The touch display makes operation intuitive. Set favorites can be linked to a bar code and accessed using a handheld scanner.

High efficiency
Control via the clipx WIRE assist worker assistance software means that manufacturing data can be used consistently. This enables convenient and process-reliable wire preparation. Selecting favorites via a bar code scanner also provides fast access to the desired stripping parameters without the need for time-consuming settings.
Time savings
The short cycle time of 0.3 s and parameter adjustment via electric drives ensure fast stripping processes with repeat accuracy. The insertion area can be accessed from the front and from above and is also illuminated. Wires can thus be fed in very quickly and precisely.
A wide range of possible applications
Special V-shaped blades that cover the entire cross-section range from 0.08 to 10 mm²/AWG 28 to 8 offer a wide range of possible applications. Individual requirements can be met by using additional flat blades and customer-specific shaped blades. The compact automatic stripping device enables a high degree of flexibility for working in different locations.
Easy operation
