The signal tower is intended for signaling machine and system states. You can individually configure the individual segments of the illuminated surface in terms of color, brightness, and lighting effect. You can integrate the signal tower into various networks via an IO-Link master. By integrating the IODD device description file into software tools, such as the PLCnext Engineer automation software, you can configure the signal tower centrally. Extended parameters and diagnostic data can be read acyclically from the PLC and written via ISDU objects.
