INTERBUS-RT modules with analog inputs/outputs
The analog input/output modules from the INTERBUS-RT family enable users to read in and output common analog values. Three different module types are available for this:
a) 4 analog inputs and 2 outputs
Input ranges:
- Voltage measurement (unipolar/bipolar)
- Current measurement (unipolar/bipolar)
- Resistance measurement
- Temperature measurement
Output ranges:
- Voltage output
- Current output
b) 8 analog inputs
- Voltage measurement (unipolar/bipolar)
- Current measurement (unipolar/bipolar)
c) 4 analog outputs
- Voltage output
- Current output
Passive sensors can be supplied directly by the device. The input and output channels are parameterized directly by the controller via INTERBUS.
The sensors/actuators are connected in 1-, 2-, 3- or 4-conductor connection technology directly on the module, using either plug-in COMBICON screw or spring-cage terminal blocks. The individual terminal strips are coded to prevent mismatching during installation.
Using these plug-in terminal blocks and D-SUB connectors to connect INTERBUS makes the wiring permanent. In the event of a malfunction or modification, the modules can be replaced in just a few steps.
Contact with the protective grounding is established directly when the modules are snapped onto the DIN rail or mounted on a surface.
Corresponding marshalling adapters are available to marshal additional potential levels.
I/O status LEDs and bus diagnostics indicators provide information about the device state at all times.
All modules can be marked individually via the large marking field. The insert cards can be marked by hand or using a plotter or printer. Replacement marking fields are of course available for all module types.
