The M12 sensor/actuator connectors with Push-in connection allow easy and reliable signal and data cabling. The leg springs of the Push-in connection provide long-term stability due to a defined contact force. Wire rigid and pretreated conductors easily and without tools by means of direct insertion. To connect fine-stranded litz wires and release a connected conductor, simply open the terminal point using the colored lever. The contact holder is identified by its color and number. This simplifies assigning conductors with standard colors.

QUICKON provides the fastest connection for M12 connectors for assembly. It is equipped with an IDC insulation displacement contact. With this connection method, an unprepared wire with insulation is positioned in front of the gap of the insulation displacement contact and then pushed into the blade gap by means of insulation displacement. This cuts through the wire insulation and a gas-tight, vibration-resistant contact is made between the wire and the contact.
