FIX distribution blocks with Push-in Technology
The ready-to-use and maintenance-free FIX distribution blocks and collection blocks with Push-in connection technology enable quick mounting without manual bridging. The distribution blocks are available with up to 18 terminal points. If you require several distribution blocks, the tongue and groove connection means you can arrange the blocks next to each other without any loss of pitch. Thanks to the FBS standard plug-in bridges from the CLIPLINE complete terminal block system, the potentials of the connected blocks can be efficiently extended. Like the individual blocks, the mounting adapters can be easily plugged together in a modular way via the tongue and groove connection. There are various mounting types you can use to mount the distribution blocks and collection blocks. You can install the blocks on a DIN rail, by direct screw mounting, or by simply attaching the adhesive versions directly onto the mounting plate. For space-saving and clearly arranged DIN rail mounting, various adapters are available that enable vertical and horizontal mounting. FIX distribution blocks feature a test point for all common test probes to enable easy testing.

PTFIX distribution and collection blocks
PTFIX distribution and collection blocks
Compared to the PTVFIX distribution blocks, the distinguishing feature of the PTFIX distribution blocks is their front Push-in connection. The blocks are available with 4, 6, 12, and 18 terminal points and as single blocks with two terminal points. The distribution blocks are available with or without additional line contact. Regarding the nominal cross-section, you can choose between 1.5, 2.5, and 4 mm². Blocks with a nominal cross-section of 10 mm² are also available. However, these are only available with six terminal points. In addition to the technical features, the distribution blocks and collection blocks enable intuitive and safe installation. With 15 different color versions available (10 mm² = five color versions), the large variety of colors enables the easy color-coded assignment of conductors and terminal points.
PTFIX-function function distribution blocks
PTFIX-function function distribution blocks
The PTFIX-function function distribution blocks are available in various disconnect versions and as safety versions. The distribution blocks are available with seven terminal points and a nominal cross-section of 2.5 mm². The three disconnect versions TG, MT, and MTL have different types of disconnect zones. The TG version is a disconnect base block that, along with disconnect knives, accommodates function plugs such as fuse plugs and various components. The MT version, on the other hand, is equipped with swiveling disconnect knives. These knives can be opened safely with a screwdriver. The MTL version is also equipped with swiveling disconnect knives. However, these knives can be opened without tools thanks to a lever. Therefore, the MTL version requires more space above the block. The PTFIX 10/6X4-SI... fuse blocks have screw-in fuses rather than disconnect elements. The screw-in fuses enable simple protection for the individual distribution connections. Along with the standard fuse blocks, blocks with signal lights are also available for signaling defective fuses.
PTVFIX distribution and collection blocks
PTVFIX distribution and collection blocks
The PTVFIX blocks are the latest distribution blocks in the FIX portfolio. They differ from the PTFIX distribution blocks in that they have a lateral Push-in connection. This is indicated in the name with the V standing for “Vertical”.
The PTVFIX distribution blocks are available as distribution blocks and collection blocks with a cross-section of 2.5 mm² with 2, 6, 12, and 18 terminal points. The PTVFIX blocks are available in five standard colors. With integration into the online configurator, you can order additional color versions. The PTVFIX blocks therefore also enable the clear color-coded assignment of terminal points and conductors.
PTVFIX multi-blocks
PTVFIX multi-blocks
The PTVFIX multi-blocks are the first FIX distribution blocks to carry more than one potential. Unlike the other distribution blocks, the multi-blocks do not have integrated bridging. Through this, the blocks carry one potential per two terminal points. This feature makes the blocks particularly suitable in areas such as building installation. Quickly and easily connect the phase, the neutral conductor, and the protective conductor in just one compact and space-saving block. Like the other blocks in the FIX distribution block family, the multi-blocks use the standardized accessories of the CLIPLINE complete system. Thus, you also benefit here from various mounting types, an online configurator, and testing and marking accessories. The blocks are initially available with a nominal cross-section of 2.5 mm².
PTFIX distribution blocks with bridge and test plug
Cross-system accessories
The distribution blocks and collection blocks in the FIX families use the standardized accessories of the CLIPLINE complete terminal block system. Along with the standardized FBS bridges and various test plugs, the accessories for the distribution blocks also include self-adhesive marking material. In addition to the standardized accessories, the distribution blocks also have various mounting adapters to make it easier to mount the blocks. These include screwable flanges for direct mounting, DIN rail adapters for vertical and horizontal mounting, and self-adhesive distribution blocks ex works. Like the individual blocks, the mounting adapters can be easily plugged together in a modular way via the tongue and groove connection.
Device connection blocks and device terminal blocks
Device terminal blocks with screw connection
The G and GE device terminal blocks feature the universal screw connection technology for connecting flexible and rigid conductors. The screw connection is maintenance-free due to the patented Reakdyn principle. In addition to the use of splicing protection in the form of ferrules, the screw connection also enables multi-conductor connections in just one terminal point. In contrast to the FIX distribution blocks, the terminal points of the device terminal blocks are not bridged with each other. The GE 10/2-BA BU block is the exception. The other device connection blocks thus carry individual potentials next to each other. Manual bridging is also not feasible here, as the blocks do not have a special function shaft due to their compact design. The device connection blocks are available in nominal cross-sections of 4, 10, and 35 mm². Depending on the cross-section, the block versions have 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, or 12 positions. The device blocks can only be mounted using direct mounting, i.e., screwed onto a mounting plate, for example. The individual blocks can be tested quickly and easily via the terminal screws.
