Ex i temperature measuring transducer: converts signals from thermocouples installed in the Ex area and mV sources to a linear 0/4 mA ... 20 mA signal and transmits this to a load in the safe area. The output can be operated either actively or passively via switches. The measuring transducer is installed on a corresponding VIP I/O marshalling base element by means of plug-in contact. Parameterization can be carried out via a free software solution. A USB interface under the housing cover establishes communication with the PC.
