Increase the availability of your machines and systems. Signal lights available in two designs or modular and configurable signal towers can be used to clearly indicate your machine and system states.
The PSD-SL signal lights are smart LED indicators for indicating states in various applications such as machines, AGVs, or service robots. The lights are available in two designs as a point and tower, as three- or seven-color versions, and with various animations such as continuous light, blinking, color change, and flashing. This means that suitable scenes can be defined and implemented for every application.
Mounting is carried out as a simple M22 flush-mounted installation or with a metal bracket available as an accessory. The necessary mounting material, such as M22 fixing nut, locking plate, and flat gasket, is included. The lights are connected via a five-position A-coded M12 connection.
The robust design of the LED indicators enables a wide range of applications, not only indoors, but also outdoors. This is demonstrated, for example, by the extended ambient temperature range of -40 to +70°C. The lights meet IP66, IP67, and IP69 degrees of protection, and IP6K9K degree of protection for construction machinery. They also have UL type rating 4/4X specifically for outdoor use.
The PSD-SL smart LED signal lights provide clear signaling that is optimized for the application. Thanks to their compact design, they can be mounted close to the function whose state is to be indicated. This enables clear assignment, avoids any misunderstandings, and communicates clear instructions.

The new PSD-SC product family consists of versions in two different heights. Available with 9 or 15 segments, with and without acoustic element, and all equipped with IO-Link interface. Perfect for every application.
The variety of signaling modes opens up numerous possible applications. Autoscale mode provides full-surface illumination of the light fixture and automatic division of the surface in up to five stages. Traffic light mode allows you to create a classic signal tower. Level mode enables the percentage-based display of levels. Individual mode allows you to parameterize all the segments (9 or 15). You can freely select the signal color.
Also available with an acoustic element: individual adjustment of the acoustic signaling offers a wide range of options. With ten different tones and six different tone types, fast and effective information communication is guaranteed, even in noisy environments. This solution adapts perfectly to any application.
Easy connection to IO-Link master enables seamless integration into software solutions such as the PLCnext Engineer programming software from Phoenix Contact. The signaling is conveniently parameterized via IO-Link and offers a wide range of options for customizing optical and acoustic signaling.
The PSD-SC configurable signal tower impresses with its outstanding properties for reliable operation. With a high IP degree of protection up to IP69K, it is ideal for demanding environments. In addition, UL type rating 4x means that it is also ideally equipped for use in outdoor applications. Its IK08 certification ensures robustness against mechanical influences.
The cost-optimized PSD-S 50 LED signal tower features an attractive industrial design and is ideal for compact machines. With the innovative wiring concept, you can arrange the individual calottes in any sequence.
With the modular PSD-S signal towers, you can combine optical and acoustic signal elements flexibly, however you need them. The modular design also allows you to retrofit additional elements at a later time. The signal tower elements are connected mechanically and electrically in seconds with the bayonet lock.
