The THERMOMARK E.WIRE applicator implements cable markers that can be moved radially and axially. The welded seam ensures that the marker is captive. The continuous format covers all diameters between 1.8 mm and 5.6 mm with just one single material available in various widths.
The THERMOMARK E.SLEEVE processes continuous shrink sleeves and cuts them individually to the desired length. In addition, the applicator opens the shrink sleeve so it can be slipped onto cables and lines very easily.
The THERMOMARK E.WRAP applicator applies wire-wrap labels to cylindrical exposed conductive parts automatically – and with consistently high quality. For particularly resistant identification, a protective laminate covers the printed surface.
The THERMOMARK E.VARIO applicator marks entire terminal strips with just two materials in continuous format for high and flat marking grooves. Due to the continuous format, all widths between 3.5 mm and 1,000 mm can be realized – regardless of the number of different pitches.
The E-WM... marking material is designed for processing with the THERMOMARK E.WIRE applicator. The E.WIRE processes the continuous material into radially and axially movable markers that can be printed on three sides. The welded seam ensures that the marker is captive.
The E-WMS... shrink sleeve is designed for processing with the THERMOMARK E.SLEEVE applicator. The continuous format allows individual marking lengths. After the printing and application process, there is the option of shrinking the shrink sleeve.
The E-WML wire-wrap labels are designed for processing with the THERMOMARK E.WRAP applicator. For this purpose, the labels are placed in a row on the material roll. For particularly resistant identification, a protective laminate covers the printed surface.
The E-TM.../E-TMF... terminal block markers are designed for processing with the THERMOMARK E.VARIO applicator. Thanks to the continuous format, the entire terminal strip can be marked with just two materials for the high and the flat marking groove.
Large-surface and clear marking of terminal points is essential for the quick and error-free wiring of terminal strips. In particular, they simplify the startup and maintenance of control cabinets and systems. Terminal strips are assembled flexibly with different terminal blocks whose geometries can differ from each other. The decisive variables for the terminal markings are the pitch and marker groove. Phoenix Contact provides a comprehensive range of versions that allow secure positioning on the terminal blocks.
Standard-compliant, permanent wire and cable marking ensures the quality standard. To achieve this, different wire and cable diameters require precise matching of the appropriate marking material. Selecting the appropriate mounting type is crucial here. Mounting with cable ties is not dependent on the wire or cable diameter, and can also be performed after wiring. Subsequent marking is also possible using clip-on or adhesive markers. Marking with thread-on markers, however, must be performed prior to wiring.
