The STEP POWER power supply will prepare you ideally for e-mobility.

It supplies the charging controller for your charging station or home charger safely and reliably. After all, STEP POWER has been developed and tested functionally and, in particular, with respect to electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) in accordance with the charging station standard EN 61851-21-2.

With the STEP POWER power supply, specially developed for LED applications, you can supply state-of-the-art lighting scenarios from the control cabinet.

Through regulation to a constant voltage, it enables the safe operation of LED lights in combination with current-regulated ballasts or, for example, LED strips with a resistance circuit.

The power supply features a particularly flat housing and is approved in accordance with the LED standards EN 61437-2-13 and EN 55015.

Power supply with USB port

The STEP POWER power supply supplies smart meter gateways, Raspberry Pis, and other Smart Home components via the USB port. In addition, it can be used for the fast charging of mobile end devices.

The power supply unit has a USB-A or USB-C port. Using it as a USB charger provides more space in the control cabinet due to the particularly narrow overall width. The integrated cable groove in the housing of the power supply enables the USB cable to be routed easily under the cover of the distribution board. In addition, the USB-A cable increases the limited power from 1.5 A to 3 A.

With low no-load losses (0.1 W or 0.21 W) and a high degree of efficiency, the STEP POWER power supply ensures optimum energy efficiency in buildings. Due to the high degree of efficiency, the power supplies convert less electrical energy into undesired heat energy. This not only saves energy, but also extends the service life of all components in the control cabinet.

The STEP POWER power supplies offer an improved performance class for each horizontal pitch. This means more space in the control cabinet combined with increased performance. With their special compact, slim-line design, standardized to DIN 43880, the power supply units are particularly suitable for use in distribution boards.

STEP POWER power supplies offer flexible mounting: they can either be snapped onto the DIN rail or screwed onto level surfaces.
The base latches integrated in the housing eliminate the need for additional mounting material when mounting on level surfaces.

STEP POWER power supply with Push-in connection technology

The new STEP POWER power supplies enable tool-free Push-in connection technology for the first time. Using the same installation space, the connection terminal block also provides double the number of terminal points for easy potential distribution and loop through.

The 45-degree angle facilitates ergonomic wiring during installation.

STEP POWER for PoE applications

The new STEP POWER power supply ensures high availability in PoE applications. The new voltage version with the voltage range from 48 to 56 V can be used in both industry and household applications. The power is supplied and the data transferred over the same Ethernet cable in the application.
