Efficient mounting From fully assembled DIN rails
Make your assembly processes even more efficient: the RailFIX DIN rail adapters enable the easy mounting of terminal strips, i.e., DIN rails that are preassembled with terminal blocks. Using the RailFIX mounting system, there is no need to leave any free space for securing the DIN rail or to remove and reassemble any components. The ready-assembled terminal strips are attached by simply connecting them to the adapters and pushing sideways under the locking clips. A single screw at the end of the DIN rail is sufficient for secure fixing. This ensures fast mounting of fully assembled terminal strips and makes the assembly process in control cabinet building more efficient overall.
Tool-free conductor connection Push-X – the new X-perience of wiring
A new concept in tool-free conductor connection: Push-X can accommodate all types of conductors with direct wiring tool-free and without significant force. A pretensioned contact spring lies at the heart of this new technology. This principle enables the connection of rigid and flexible conductors with or without ferrules. Even the smallest flexible conductors trigger the connection. Lightly tapping the release surface at the end of the clamping chamber causes the conductor to be contacted with ease.
