String combiner box for photovoltaic systems up to 1000 V DC for connecting 4x 2 strings. Same number of input and output strings. With surge protection (type 1/2) and cable glands for the input and output side. Connection of the MPP trackers divided between two housings.
String combiner boxes for photovoltaic systems
It is necessary to use string combiner boxes to provide ideal protection for PV systems against lightning strikes and overvoltages. Our turnkey string combiner boxes, which can be connected immediately, are reliable system solutions that protect the inverter directly from DC and AC voltage inputs. Overvoltage couplings are diverted directly to the ground potential.

String combiner boxes for photovoltaic systems
With its preassembled sets, Phoenix Contact offers reliable system solutions that protect the inverter directly upstream of the DC and AC voltage inputs.
Surge voltage couplings are discharged directly to the ground potential. Due to our coordinated scope of supply, new versions can be made available very quickly.
Fire department emergency shutdown and switch disconnector
We offer a fire department emergency shutdown or switch disconnector as well as surge protection in a single device. An emergency switching off switch can be used to disconnect the photovoltaic system remotely. This provides maximum possible safety during maintenance and in the case of danger.
Photovoltaic connectors
To connect the PV strings, the string combiner boxes are equipped with either our SUNCLIX panel feed-throughs or with cable glands on Push-in terminal blocks. SUNCLIX connectors from Phoenix Contact and Push-in terminal blocks combine the advantages of easy installation with reliable and maintenance-free connection.
