Work experience visit
We welcomed a group of local students into Phoenix Contact to give them a taste of life outside of education. The group spent time listening and learning what departments and roles are needed within a business to operate.
This ranged from our core IT and HR topics to Customer Service and then supporting shipping their own order under the pick to pack process.
Working with the local council and education facilities around Telford is important to us at Phoenix Contact and sharing our knowledge and giving these opportunities to the next generation is supporting our Purpose as a business.
