I/O communication made easy
Quick and easy startup of a complete I/O system – without any programming.
Radioline – multipoint multiplexer
Radioline – multipoint multiplexer
Tailor your I/O system to the requirements of your application. Special features include extremely easy assignment of inputs and outputs by simply turning the thumbwheel, without any programming.
- New options for I/O distribution with up to 99 stations in the bus system, thanks to multipoint multiplexer operation
- Expansion of the Radioline wireless system by a wired line structure
- Can be used on any controller as a Modbus/RTU slave
- Expandable with up to 32 Radioline I/O modules (256 digital or 128 analog inputs and outputs)
- Replace modules during operation – thanks to DIN rail connector and hot-swap capability
- Bridge distances of up to 1.2 km over existing 2-wire copper cables, and by up to 20 km using SHDSL extenders
- Use in zone 2 potentially explosive areas
Inline - field multiplexers
Inline: Field multiplexers for simple point-to-point transmission of I/O signals
A field multiplexer system is a simple system for transmitting I/O signals between two remote stations. It has a modular structure and is designed to reduce conventional parallel cabling.
- Easy startup - with no programming
- Point-to-point communication of I/O signals
- Expandable with up to 32 Inline I/O terminals (512 digital or 32 analog inputs and outputs)
- Bridge distances of up to 12 km over existing 2-wire copper cables, and by up to 20 km using SHDSL extenders
- Use in zone 2 potentially explosive areas
Wireless-MUX - wireless multiplexers
Wireless-MUX - the wireless signal cable
The Wireless-MUX set transmits 16 digital and two analog signals bi-directionally, which means that it can replace a 40-wire signal cable.
- Easy startup, no configuration or settings required
- Point-to-point communication of I/O signals
- Current Bluetooth 4.0 technology
- Low energy consumption
- Quick connection establishment and signal transmission
- Range of up to 200 m with omnidirectional antennas, up to 400 m with directional antennas with a clear line of sight
