Predictive maintenance

Predictive maintenance

High availability, thanks to comprehensive data logging

The aim of predictive maintenance systems is to continuously monitor system statuses, detect technical changes early on, and predict the required maintenance of systems in production areas.

Compared to periodical maintenance, predictive maintenance of systems reduces expensive downtimes due to system standstills. A reliable data source is the basis of these prediction models.

Controls based on PLCnext Technology collect and compile all necessary data from the running process. This information can then be passed on at will and therefore, for example, be stored in databases, interpreted by analysis systems or also processed further in the Phoenix Contact Proficloud.
