Installation and setup
Together with you, we set up your printer, including the preinstalled software and necessary drivers. We then provide you with intensive training on how to use the printer and software. We process a series of print jobs with you and provide you with the knowledge you need to safely operate the printer.
Service for your printer includes testing the firmware, drivers and marking software, operation in connection with the material being used, and a visual inspection and operational test. Depending on the type of printer, we will clean and calibrate all moving parts such as the material transport system and printhead.
Our maintenance personnel will repair your printer quickly and precisely using original parts. As part of the repair, we also completely inspect and service your printer. You will then receive a detailed report listing all of the steps performed and the parts that have been replaced.
Our technical support service is your first point of contact for any questions regarding our marking systems and the associated software. They will be happy to advise you on how to operate your device or provide assistance in the event of a malfunction – by phone or remote desktop link. Our support services don't end there – we also provide support with the creation of templates (automatically generated print templates).
Customer-specific printing service
Do you need marking materials but you do not have the right printer? No problem, we will take care of it for you. Order ready-marked identification solutions that are custom-marked according to your wishes. We have the right solution for terminal, wire and cable, device, and plant identification. Create your markings quickly and easily with our marking software. All materials for marking in accordance with customer requirements can be recognized by the “CUS” ending in the item designation. Configurable items are available on our website for your custom printing. Color printing is also possible for materials in UniCard and UniSheet format, as well as for metal labels.
