Compact box PCs
The VL3 UPC is a family of palm-sized industrial box PCs with 6th-generation embedded Intel® Atom® processors (former: Elkhart Lake) and industry-leading connectivity options ideal for IIoT applications like edge computing or decentralized data collection and processing.
The box PCs are configurable to match the requirements of each application, with processors, RAM, and onboard system storage and expansion options that offer industry-leading connectivity in this product class. The VL3 UPC can be configured to include two COM ports and WLAN without impacting the 100 x 50 x 100 mm system size. Customers can also opt for additional Ethernet ports or a 4G/LTE modem. All VL3 systems are designed for 24/7 operation in demanding industrial environments.

Compact panel PCs
The VL3 PPCS compact panel PCs use the same energy-efficient and long-term available Intel® Atom® x6000 processors as the VL3 UPC products above. The energy-saving design, system performance, and connectivity options make these panels ideal for power HMIs, building automation panels, or as edge computers with integrated displays. The VL3 PPCS is the perfect bridge between HMIs and industrial panel computers, with the same mechanical characteristics and appearance as the TP 6000 and WP 6000 HMIs from Phoenix Contact.
The VL3 PPCS features a fanless design, onboard NVMe SSD mass storage, and a rugged metal housing. It is designed for 24/7 operation in demanding industrial environments. The systems can be configured to include additional M.2 SSD storage and interfaces like WLAN or LTE, to mention just a few.
