Plug-in cover connection
The new M12 distributor boxes for self-assembly feature a plug-in cover connection with snap-in locking. The cover is plugged onto the header simply without screws. Locking clips ensure a secure hold. The connector hood can also be released without tools if a replacement is necessary. Simply press the locking clips forward with your finger and the locking mechanism is open.
Easily and safely connected with Push-in technology
Push-in conductor connection
The master cable is connected via PCB terminal blocks with Push-in connection. The individual conductors are contacted directly in the conductor connection point without the need for tools. The special spring profile of the Push-in connection enables easy insertion. The high clamping pressure guarantees a reliable electrical connection. This significantly reduces the time and effort required during installation in comparison to the classic screw connection. A fixed and plug-in Push-in connection is available.
M12 ports with duo contour for connectors with push-pull or screw connection
M12 push-pull fast-locking system
The standardized M12 PUSH-PULL fast locking system enables quick and safe installation of the connectors with a simple latching function. This reduces installation times by up to 80 percent compared to screw connections. With the duo contour, the M12 thread of the M12 push-pull distributor boxes is backward-compatible. This enables flexible field wiring with classic M12 screw connectors and innovative M12 push-pull connectors.
