The robust D7 housings are reliably corrosion-resistant and offer optimum protection against dust and water. The plug connection defies adverse environmental influences and is dust and water-tight up to IP67 degree of protection. This enables reliable use even in outdoor applications.
With the RJ45 contact inserts for D7 housings, you can create your own compact and robust interface and transfer data safely and reliably at high speeds of up to 10 Gbps. The RJ45 connector sets guarantee the fast and safe cabling of your application with the qualified preselection of the components. Moreover, the slotted seal in the housing screw connection also allows pre-assembled cables to be fed in easily.

ADVANCE housings are particularly durable and robust due to their direct screw locking mechanism without panel-mount base. These heavy-duty connectors are suitable for very aggressive environments, e.g., offshore, in the chemical industry, or in the rail industry.
HEAVYCON ADVANCE eliminates the need for the panel-mount base that is normally used on the device side. The housings are therefore particularly durable, robust, and space-saving.
Without the need for the normal panel mounting base, you save on mounting and material costs. The low designs of the metal and molded cable glands of the plastic housings offer further savings potential.
Mount the ADVANCE sleeve housing with two panel mounting flanges and robust stainless steel locking screws directly onto the wall. This achieves a high degree of tightness and makes it more difficult for unauthorized persons to gain access.

Adapter sleeves for heavy-duty connectors
With the HC-CES adapter sleeves you can combine the advantages of the modular CES cable entry system with the advantages of HEAVYCON industrial connectors. You can save time and easily route a large number of high-position conductors and transmission media into your control cabinet via just one pluggable interface. Conductors can easily be extended or replaced at a later date. The adapter sleeves are simply mounted onto B16 and B24-sized panel-mount bases.
