A diode module reliably decouples power supplies that are operated in parallel and ensures the high availability of your application. This means that a short circuit no longer affects the load. Thanks to simple decoupling with diodes, diode modules ensure absolute security of supply, both at the output of one of the power supply units and in the supply line from the power supply unit to the diode.

The new STEP DIODE is compact and ideal for use in junction boxes. It increases the security of supply in building installations and can also be used to increase the power.

These are the main features

  • Quick and easy startup with tool-free Push-in connection technology at a 45° angle with double terminal points
  • Consistent front layout with descriptive front marking and QR code for the entire STEP POWER family
  • The current no longer has to be distributed equally to both inputs. It is possible to connect 10 A per input; just the total current must not exceed 10 A
  • Slim-line designs save space in the control cabinet
