KNX becomes transparent
The STEP POWER bus power supply for KNX is optimally tailored for modern building automation. It is the first to have an active KNX choke and therefore offers safe and transparent utilization of up to 1,200 mA. The active KNX choke dynamically adapts to the connected load of the KNX devices and increases the efficiency of the bus system.
The multifunctional color display shows all relevant KNX status information, supports commissioning and helps to expand or perform diagnostics on the building automation.
STEP POWER power supplies with USB port
The STEP POWER power supply supplies smart meter gateways, Raspberry Pis, and other smart home components via the USB port. In addition, it can be used for the fast charging of mobile end devices.
The power supply unit has a USB-A or USB-C port for up to 15 W. Using it as a USB charger provides more space in the control cabinet due to the particularly narrow overall width. The integrated cable groove in the housing of the power supply enables the USB cable to be routed easily under the cover of the distribution board.
STEP POWER for PoE applications
The STEP POWER power supply also ensures high availability in Power over Ethernet (PoE) applications up to 120 W. Power supply and data transmission are combined in the same Ethernet cable. STEP POWER with PoE in accordance with IEEE 802.3 is the perfect power supply for video surveillance or WLAN access points in particular.
The version with the adjustable voltage range of 48 to 56 V DC can be used in both industry and household applications.
STEP POWER for e-mobility
The STEP POWER power supply will prepare you ideally for e-mobility.
It supplies the charging controller for your charging station or home charger safely and reliably. After all, STEP POWER has been developed and tested functionally and, in particular, with respect to electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) in accordance with the charging station standard EN 61851-21-2.
STEP POWER power supply for LED lighting
With the STEP POWER power supply, specially developed for LED applications, you can supply state-of-the-art lighting scenarios from the control cabinet.
Through regulation to a constant voltage, it enables the safe operation of LED lights in combination with current-regulated ballasts or, for example, LED strips with a resistance circuit.
The power supply features a particularly flat housing and is approved in accordance with the LED standards EN 61437-2-13 and EN 55015.
With low no-load losses (0.1 W or 0.21 W) and a high degree of efficiency, the STEP POWER power supply ensures optimum energy efficiency in buildings. The new STEP POWER power supplies enable tool-free Push-in connection technology for the first time. Using the same installation space, the connection terminal block also provides double the number of terminal points for easy potential distribution and loop through.
