Sales Admin

Senior Sales Engineer / Account Manager

You will be responsible for the sales and marketing of the full range of Phoenix Contact products in all areas within Singapore.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Relevant academic in the relevant industrial field esp. Electrical / Electronic
• Candidate with a minimum 3-year experience in industrial electrical component sales will have advantage.
• Experience in various industry such as Energy and Process.
• Knowledge on electrical control design systems will be advantageous
• Fluent in English, both oral and written, possess ability to communicate well.
• Excellent in negotiation and presentation skills.
• Proficient with Windows-based applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Possess a valid driving license and owns a vehicle.
• Customer-driven and results-oriented.

Digital Marketing Executive

You will be responsible for managing the paid marketing campaigns across all digital channels, including SEM, display ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and content marketing.

REQUIREMENT:

• Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communications, Advertising, Business Administration or Marketing preferred with 3-5 years relevant experience
• Strong analytical capabilities. Innate ability to navigate through a complex matrix organization and lead process changes
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and results-driven environment
• Self-starter who takes initiative and is energetic and able to work independently
• Prior experience at a digitally native vertical brand will be considered an advantage

Video Editor

You will be responsible for supporting all in-house video editing and able to come up with creative ways of showing the concept across through post-production.

REQUIREMENT:

• Minimum At least 3 years’ experience in creating multi-platform content, leveraging digital and social media platforms.
• Proven track record of producing video content to a high level (including scripting, producing and editing).
• End-to-end shoot production with a good understanding of technical requirements.
• Experience with creative software.
• Strong editing skills, with proficiency in Adobe Premiere and knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Photoshop.

HR Executive

You will be responsible for the full spectrum of the human resources process which includes recruitment, coordinating performance appraisal, facilitating training & development, benefits administration, and employee life cycle.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree/Diploma in Human Resources or equivalent with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Familiar with the latest recruitment trends and ensure all practices are statutory compliance.

You will be responsible for supporting outdoor sales on quotation generation, setting up appointments not limited to sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree/Diploma in any discipline with at least 2 years of indoor sales experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications especially in MS Excel and MS Word
• Good communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Pleasant personality with initiative and customer-oriented.
• Disciplined, hardworking and able to perform under pressure.
• Detail-oriented, resourceful and able to work independently.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Min 3 years of experience in the electronics industry relating to OEMS, EMS and Contract Manufacturers and Official Channels or Network Distribution.
• Good communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English in both written and spoken.
• Pleasant personality with initiative and is customer-oriented.
• Proficient with Window-based applications.
• Willing to travel overseas for training, trades show and meetings.

Account Manager

You will be responsible for the sales and marketing of the full range of Phoenix Contact products for Industrial Control Equipment. This position will be located in Surabaya and reporting to Phoenix Contact Office in Tangerang.

REQUIREMENT:

• Minimum Diploma in Electrical/Electronics, or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial electrical component sales.
• Experience in Industrial Control Equipment products will be a plus.
• Fluent in English, both oral and written.
• Possess valid driving license and owning a vehicle will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficient with Windows-based applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Customer-driven and results-oriented.
• Aggressive, persistent, proactive and must be a good team player.
• Disciplined, hardworking and able to perform under pressure.
• Willing to travel within short notice e.g. Training, Trade shows, etc.
• Candidate who resides in Surabaya is preferable.
