The cxE assemble worker assistance software is an integrated add-on for the cxE engineering software. The cxE assemble add-on allows you to simply assemble your mounting rails you have configured in cxE. A step-by-step process guides you, visually, through the individual production steps of manufacturing and preparing your mounting rails. All required information such as the item number, item name, quantity, etc. are displayed for each item in the add-on view. All items that you have configured for your project are placed step-by-step on the mounting rail and put together to form the final product. The integrated 3D viewer shows you a live preview how your mounting rail will look during and after assembling.
With the option of connecting a pick-by-light system (PBL), workers can be reliably guided through the production (assembly) process. The workbench view implemented with the add-on allows you to set up your workplace (workbench) and digitally map the article locations.
If you have successfully activated your license, the SHOPFLOOR ribbon menu item is shown. Clicking the menu item opens the cxE assemble add-on view.
