Fewer disturbances: with our system you simply feed cables through the panel.
The cable entry system (CES) from Phoenix Contact provides a space-saving and cost-saving solution for control cabinet cable feed-through. Choose between modules for assembled cables that can be combined or Multigates cable entry plates for cables.
Using the cable seals from CES modular, which can be combined in various ways, you can mount assembled as well as unassembled cables quickly and flexibly. The individual elements are available in a variety of shapes and for a wide range of cable diameters. The cable seals are very robust and provide a reliable seal with protection class IP54.
CES modular enables a reliable seal and strain relief for pre-assembled cables according to DIN EN 50262.
The metal-reinforced sealing frames can be mounted directly on standard panel cutouts (e.g., from Rittal) for industrial connectors. Snap-on frames simplify on-site installation.
Choose between sealing frames which can be split with screw locking or locking latch. The locking latch does not require any tools, which makes it really quick and easy to mount, even in places that are difficult to access.
The gray thermoplastic sleeves exhibit a low level of flammability according to UL 94 V0 and are resistant to acids and lyes. The NBR black rubber sleeves are more durable, halogen-free, and resistant to fuels, oil, and grease.
CES Multigates are metal-reinforced cable entry plates. They provide you with numerous options for guiding cables through a control cabinet panel with a tight seal. The plates are also suitable for outdoor applications.
With CES Multigates, you can feed up to 37 unassembled cables into the control cabinet in a structured way using a single element.
Various different cone sleeves can be attached to the metal-reinforced membrane plates which you can cut out and use as required. Cable diameters from 5 mm to 60 mm are therefore covered.
The double membrane seal, which guarantees protection class IP66/IP67, provides reliable protection against the ingress of dust and moisture.
The plates are flame-retardant (flammability rating V0, UL 94), oil-resistant (black material), and can be used at temperatures from -40°C to +100°C.
