Faulty order? No problem
Did you order the wrong item or no longer need the quantity ordered? We will be happy to check with you if it is possible to return the items for a credit note.

Our return conditions
Please observe the following conditions so that we can process your return request quickly and smoothly:

  • Return requests are only possible within six months of delivery;
  • Items must be undamaged;
  • Items must be complete with accessories and manuals;
  • Items must be in their original, undamaged (not described) and unopened packaging;
  • Items with an expiration date - such as ink cartridges and batteries - will not be returned;
  • Only the agreed articles and quantities will be taken into consideration. Items must be returned within two weeks. Items that are not registered for return but are returned will not be credited;
  • The processing fee is 5% of the net invoiced value of the items, with a minimum of €200.00.

Do you have a problem with your order or delivery? Unfortunately, mistakes can happen and you may have a legitimate reason to make a complaint. Please contact us and we will review your situation to the best of our ability and work with you to find the best solution.
