Why can’t I see any prices?

All price information, including list prices, is only visible to authorized users. This requires login or registration as well as manual approval by administrators.

You can specify a password when you register. Once you have logged in for the first time, you will be automatically directed to your user profile. Here you can request price information for your Phoenix Contact customer number. If you are not an existing Phoenix Contact customer, please contact us.

Why can’t I order products once I have completed registration?

In addition to your Phoenix Contact account, you will need extended permissions that will be provided to you by one of our administrators. To obtain these, please go to your Phoenix Contact profile, which can be found under “My Phoenix Contact”, or click directly on your name next to the search bar. Here you can request ordering functions for your Phoenix Contact customer number. If you are not an existing Phoenix Contact customer, please contact us.

How can I use my own item numbers?

In order to be able to use your item numbers on our website, both for searching and for display in lists and detail pages, as well as in the shopping cart, you need to have a correspondingly authorized user account.

The following steps are required:

  • Self-registration under “Login”
  • Request a customer number in your user profile (under “My Phoenix Contact”)
  • Confirmation that the customer number has been added to your user profile via our administrators
  • Your item numbers are stored in our system accordingly
