Ensure efficient financial control of the local operation through analysis, monitoring, and continuous improvement of financial indicators, including costing, aligning local practices with corporate controlling standards.

- Location: Mexico, Querétaro
Tasks, role and responsibilities
- Support the Finance Manager in preparing and monitoring the annual budget, forecasts, and monthly closings
- Analyse variances between actual and budgeted results, proposing corrective actions
- Prepare local and corporate financial reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Implement and maintain financial control tools aligned with corporate standards
- Participate in internal and external audits, providing required documentation
- Ensure compliance with both local and corporate financial policies
- Collaborate with operational areas to understand the financial impact of their activities
- Monitor local financial KPIs and support their alignment with corporate KPIs
- Assist in special projects related to financial efficiency, cost control, and profitability
- Execute and validate standard and actual costing of products, services, and processes
- Analyse cost variances and propose improvement measures
- Coordinate periodic updates of cost structures
- Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Purchasing to ensure proper cost allocation
- Participate in the definition of internal pricing and contribution margins
- Generate cost reports to support operational and strategic decision-making
Required qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial controlling and costing, preferably in industrial environments
- Strong knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, costing, and reporting
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (minimum B2, ideally C1)
- Strong communication, analytical thinking, and teamwork skills
