SMT Engineer (m/f/d)

• Location: Mexico, Querétaro

• Operate and maintain ASM pick-and-place machines to ensure proper functioning
• Optimize the soldering process of REHM reflow ovens to reduce defects and improve solder quality
• Adjust and maintain ASM printers to ensure print quality meets standards.
• Monitor the SMT production line and resolve technical issues during the manufacturing process.
• Collaborate with the team from China in prototyping of new products.
• Train new team members to enhance the overall technical level of the team.
• Conduct regular equipment and process audits to ensure compliance with ISO standards

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electronics Engineering or a related field
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in the SMT field
• Proficient in the operation and maintenance of ASM pick-and-place machines
• Familiar with process optimization for REHM reflow ovens
• Capable of independently adjusting ASM printers
• Experience in SMT production line management and process optimization
• Strong quality control awareness and continuous improvement capabilities
• Excellent teamwork and project management skills
• Good communication and cross-departmental collaboration abilities
• Proficient in production management systems such as SAP, MES

• Certification in ASM pick-and-place machine operation
• Certification in REHM reflow oven process technology
• Training certificate in ASM printer operation
• Familiarity with quality management systems in the electronics manufacturing industry
• Fluent in English, with additional language skills a plus
