To build up and further develop our Corporate Quality department, we are looking for a Quality Manager (m/f/d) as soon as possible. Tasks, role and responsibilities
- This position is the focal point for quality standards and processes.
- You take over the management, control and optimization of the quality department, as well as disciplinary responsibility for the employees in your organization
- You are responsible to build up the local quality unit and support the operational daily business in the initial phase, as for example to meet the ISO 9001:2015
- Additionally, you are responsible for the smooth implementation and optimization of internal quality procedures and processes that meet the highest standards of quality.
- You analyze and improve the processes within the company to help the company meet its objectives. To this end, you develop purposeful enhancement measures to ensure the same together with the Regional Business Units.
- You define quality standards that the internal processes should meet, which includes establishing quality metrics, developing measurement techniques, and reporting performance in close coordination with the producing business units in operations.
- You use audits to monitor compliance with statutory quality standards (ISO) and guidelines.
- You are in continuous exchange with the Corporate Quality Network of the PxC Group
Required qualifications
- You have a degree in quality, business administration or a comparable qualification
- You have already gained more than four years of professional experience in a comparable position, ideally in the automation and electrical industry
- You also have good knowledge and experience in managing employees
- You have in-depth knowledge of quality management system (ISO 9001/2015) or comparable standards (TS 22163, IATF 16949) and business management including certification and training as an internal quality auditor (ISO 9001).
- You have experience in working with ERP systems and knowledge of SAP WM
- Business fluent in English, a confident manner in an international context and a willingness to travel round off your profile
