Production Shift Leader (m/f/d)

Production Management & Target Achievement:

• Implement production planning with coordination of production planner (m/f/d)
• Oversee daily production plans to ensure on time delivery
• Monitor production line efficiency and define improvement solutions with process engineers (m/f/d) together.
• Coordinate resources, like material, operator, to ensure smooth operations
• Support NPI/ECN process from production side with resource arrangement, production and problem solving

Problem-Solving & Continuous Improvement:

• Improve operation efficiency with LEAN tools
• Driven 5S/Safety in production line
• Continue improve production process with one-piece-flow principle

Direct operator (m/f/d) management:

• Manage recruiting, on board, training for the new direct workers (m/f/d)
• Define and implement performance management for direct workers (m/f/d)
• Design training programs for new and existing employees, include skills assessments
• Develop multi-skilled workers (m/f/d) to enhance team flexibility and stability

• 3+ years in electronics manufacturing, with 1+ year as a production leader (m/f/d)
• Familia with electronics production processes (SMT, assembly, testing) and quality standards (e.g., IPC)
• Basic knowledge of LEAN principle and can use LEAN tools in production
• Strong execution ability, adaptability to high-intensity work and shift rotations
• Good communication skills and teamwork
• Basic knowledge of ESD protection

In the case of minor deviations, the requirements can also be met through relevant professional experience or further qualification.
