Introduction and implementation of new processes, according to the needs of production

• Find the process defects in the existing production process and actively provide constructive suggestions on the introduction of new processes
• Guide the team to develop the introduction plan of new process and implement it
• Collect and organize new technology knowledge, organize training and sharing in the center and within the company

New product manufacturability evaluation and new product process design

• Participate in manufacturability analysis of new product design, be able to basically find the problems in product design that are not conducive to manufacturing, and provide design improvement suggestions for manufacturability
• Responsible for the production process design of new products, comply with lean principles, and eliminate potential failure risks after mass production through preventive measures
• Ability to develop and maintain existing production capacity and experience (success or failure) database

Formulation and implementation of lean production improvement plans

• Responsible for analyzing the production process, looking for improvement opportunities in quality, efficiency and cost, formulating improvement plans and leading the implementation of general improvement projects

Analysis and solution of production site problems

• Found and collected product and site problems, analyzed and solved them, ensured the standardization and balance of production and normal production, and supported the achievement of key production KPIs
• Process technology development planning and key process technology research: Through active or passive continuous learning, understand the key processes and quality control points in the manufacturing and assembly process of product parts, be able to find the problem points of product production process, and participate in the analysis and solution of problems.
• Other work arranged by the company and leaders

• 3 years working experience, familiar with new product introduction/electronic product production process/lean production is preferred
• Proficient in SMT, wave soldering/Selective soldering component shaping, plug-in, coating and other key process knowledge
• Effective communication and cooperation with team members, superiors and customers, good communication skills and team spirit, able to express their own views and needs clearly, and able to listen to and understand the opinions and suggestions of others.
• Able to communicate in daily English

• Factory NPI support experience is preferred
• Power supply development and manufacturing experience is helpful
• Willing to learn and share knowledges
• Experience in overseas new product introduction is preferred
