• Location: Mexico, Querétaro

• Continuous analysis and support of the operating processes and their imaging in the standard software used in the production site
• Most intensive and optimal use of the standard software to support core tasks and processes
• Ensuring the safe operation of the IT system under the aspects: Access authorisation, backup, data integrity, establishing and realizing an operating calendar (system start and stop, operating, data protection, supervising data protection), under consideration of the tasks and necessities within the production site.
• Ensuring of the Headquarters and regional related IT governance in terms of IT applications, infrastructure and cybersecurity within the production site
• Ensuring that only those software products are used that have been agreed with and released by the company

• Qualification as IT coordinator (m/f/d) or comparable IT education
• Knowledge in IT infrastructure topics e.g. End-user to core systems relations, basic user administration, network operations, backup and recovery standards
• Knowledge within ERP-System landscapes
• Qualification in commercial and organizational matters
• At least two years’ experience in monitoring, support or implementation of standard software products, especially in the commercial area
• Extensive knowledge of the MS Office product range as well as an integrated standard software solution preferably SAP
• Operational knowledge of Office networks, Windows, O365
• Strong project, change, and communication skills with business-oriented thinking
• High flexibility, resilience, and precision in both conceptual and hands-on work
• Service- and solution-oriented mindset with international field readiness
• Fluent in Spanish and English; confident in representing global company standards
