• Location: Mexico, Querétaro

• Organization and monitoring of the entire facility management at the production site
• Managing and monitoring external contractors to ensure compliance with the defined services and service levels.
• Development and implementation of strategies for the continuous improvement of facility management processes
• Ensuring compliance with all legal regulations and safety standards
• Budget planning and control for facility management
• Carrying out regular inspections and audits for quality assurance
• Coordination of maintenance and repair work
• Preparation of reports and presentations for the Group Executive Board
• Co-operation & collaboration with the international facility management of the group and active participation in network meetings
• Compliance with sustainability strategies as well as security and availability targets for the media and services provided

• Completed studies in facility management, engineering or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in facility management, ideally in a production environment
• Experience in managing and monitoring external service providers
• Sound knowledge of the relevant legal regulations and safety standards
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to analyze and solve complex problems
• High level of initiative and sense of responsibility
• Good knowledge of MS Office and facility management software
