Tasks, role and responsibilities
- Organization and monitoring of the entire facility management at the production site
- Managing and monitoring external contractors to ensure compliance with the defined services and service levels.
- Development and implementation of strategies for the continuous improvement of facility management processes
- Ensuring compliance with all legal regulations and safety standards
- Budget planning and control for facility management
- Carrying out regular inspections and audits for quality assurance
- Coordination of maintenance and repair work
- Preparation of reports and presentations for the Group Executive Board
- Co-operation & collaboration with the international facility management of the group and active participation in network meetings
- Compliance with sustainability strategies as well as security and availability targets for the media and services provided
Required qualifications
- Completed studies in facility management, engineering or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in facility management, ideally in a production environment
- Experience in managing and monitoring external service providers
- Sound knowledge of the relevant legal regulations and safety standards
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to analyze and solve complex problems
- High level of initiative and sense of responsibility
- Good knowledge of MS Office and facility management software
