QUATTRO terminal block
From control boxes to complete systems, it is impossible to imagine the applications of today without plug-in solutions. These include feed-through terminal blocks, PE terminal blocks, multi-conductor terminal blocks, multi-level terminal blocks, miniature terminal blocks, and test-disconnect terminal blocks. In addition to the standardized bridging, testing, and marking accessories of the CLIPLINE complete system, the terminal blocks are supplemented with further standardized accessories for ensuring professional wiring. These includes items such as coding elements, cable fixings, strain reliefs, and latches, as well as shield supports and cable housings.
Plug-in terminal blocks
The connection system consists of plug-in terminal blocks and the corresponding connectors. You therefore have unlimited flexibility when designing your terminal strips.
From control cabinet feed-in and supplying the power and control components to the quick installation of distributed system parts, the COMBI connection system always provides the perfect solution.
COMBI connectors
The COMBI connectors are available pre-assembled with up to 15 positions or for self-assembly. The versions for self-assembly support modular configuration for individual applications. The optional latching for the terminal block connectors withstands even the strongest vibrations. The latching ensures a secure connection between the terminal block and COMBI connector. To protect the cables from tensile stress, the COMBI system also features different types of strain relief, such as simple, snap-on versions and complete cable housings. To prevent bent cables, the system includes bend protection sleeves in addition to the cable housings.
Multi-conductor terminal blocks
Three contacts for the internal wiring and pin contacts for the plug-in external wiring. This allows system parts to be replaced quickly in the event of servicing or modular system concepts to be implemented for fast startup. Due to the large number of contact points, the terminal blocks are ideally suited for use as compact plug-in marshalling panels. The large-surface marking option and marker carriers of the same shape with end bracket function ensure clear matrix marking.
Three-dimensional signal distributors
The PT 2,5-4L four-level terminal blocks allow you to marshal signals in your controllers and system parts using minimal space. Due to the various bridging options within the terminal strip and the marshalling options within the 4-pos. connectors for free assembly, extremely compact three-dimensional signal distributors can be created.
