All “Solarline Environment Sensors” (SOL-ES) are used with the Phoenix Contact weather station via plug-and-play (see accessories). They are especially suitable for capturing weather data in photovoltaic systems.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Necessary accessories
A separate M12 connector (item no. 1424668, see “Accessories”) is required for connecting the sensor SOL-ES-PRO-RC to the Phoenix Contact weather station.
Modbus/RTU settings
By default, the Modbus address, the transmission rate, and the transmission format are adjusted so that they are compatible with all other SOL-ES weather sensors (address: 90, transmission rate: 19200, transmission format: 8E1).
An additional label with the factory Modbus settings is attached to the sensor below the rating plate.
